Generic Liberty Fleet Part 1

This is a fictional pack of vehicles based on what would be seen from a state agency. They include a Whelen Liberty II with a Whelen catalogue of products. This pack is part 1 of a 2 part pack that will be $60 each. 

This fleet comes with a ULC ( Ultimate Lighting Controller ) config file included in the downloads. This can be used with LVC. Please refer to the ULC documentation website to learn how to integrate it with your server
