A crucial part to designing liveries within GTA (and any other game that follows similar template ideals) is making sure your decals are properly aligned with the body lines of the vehicle.
Over the last year or so, I've personally compiled a list of all the rotation values for the development communities highest quality models, so here they are!
* stands for any set of rotation values which may be different depending on which part of the base model they are used on. Experiment with these values to find what works best for you.
All rotation values are dependent on the right side of the template, as it is the side I do all the work on before duplicating.
